As a Senior Consultant at A&D Resources Søren supports clients to navigate ever-changing and volatile environments. Søren’s focusincludesworkshop facilitation,advising and supporting on assessment and development, andbeing astrategic advisor on psychometric data. He uses this to provide peopleand organisational insightsto help organisations identifyand develop the talent they need to succeed in the future.

Søren has broadinternationalexperienceworking with numerous global clients across most industries and sectors. A key focus for Søren is to help organisations align their talent to business strategy. On numerous occasionshe has supported clients to gain competitive edge by successfully identifying skill gaps, and subsequently developed and integrated new talent into the existing workforce.

Prior to joining A&D Resources, Søren spent more than a decadeas an external consultant helping some of the largest companies recruit and develop their leaders and organisations. Søren brings experience and insight from having worked with industries such as: Financial services, Telecommunications, FMCG, Defence, Pharma, Energy, Luxury, Manufacturing, Engineering, and the public sector.

Søren holds a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen. Søren is Hogan Assessment certified and an accredited practitioner in various other psychometric tools and profiles.
