Charlotte Søderberg

Charlotte is Managing Director of A&D Resources, a position she has held since 2021.

Always with an anchor in Human Resources, her 25-year professional career span several international companies and global leadership positions. Most recently within global companies such as Coloplast and NNIT. She has worked within the field of assessments since 2004 with clients like EU, NATO, and large private global companies.

Having worked on both sides of the table, Charlotte fully understands the complex challenges our clients are facing. An ambitious pragmatist, she is heavily invested in finding operational solutions that meet client needs now and in the long term.

Charlotte holds an MBA and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Psychometric test certifications: Hogan Assessments, SHL, Master.
